What is Go365?

Go365 is a standalone program that rewards your employees for achieving healthy habits and wellness goals. It also helps your company’s bottom line. While you’re employees are busy working on getting healthier, we’re working with you to make sure you get the best price and quality on employee benefits.

Why does my organization need a wellness program?

Productivity losses related to personal and family health problems cost U.S. employers $226 billion annually.1 But a Five-Year Study 2 showed that highly-engaged3 employees who participated in a wellness and rewards program had:

  • A 22% decline in healthcare costs by year 5
  • 55% fewer unhealthy days* than low-engaged members
  • 35% fewer emergency (ER) room visits
  • Reduced lifestyle risk factors for chronic conditions for all Go365 members by year 5

While Americans are becoming more and more health conscious, finding time to eat right, exercise and act on wellness goals is still a challenge for many. Creating an on-site wellness program for your organization makes it easy and fun for employees to work on achieving wellness goals.

How does Go365 work?

Go365 helps employees kickstart their health and well-being. Employees take steps to engage in and adopt healthier behaviors and move up in status level, earning points and rewards for their progress. A combination of behavioral economics, individualized recommended activities, and an advanced incentive program help motivate members toward positive lifestyle change. Some plans, even offer extra incentives or healthcare premium discounts for employees who achieve a Silver status or higher.
