When did you start working with Unland?
I joined the Unland Companies in December of 2020. I previously worked at another independent agency for seven and a half years, focusing on personal lines and handling service and sales.
What is your overall experience in the insurance industry?
I am a Eureka College graduate and January 2021 will mark my 9th year in the insurance industry. I am focused on acquiring my certified insurance counselor (CIC) designation in 2021. I’ve had great success helping those with rental property and also individual life insurance cases.
Tell us about your family.
I’m married to my wife Samantha and we have two beautiful kids, Gabriel and Lorelei. We enjoy spending time together with our kids and families and going to church. I am originally from Peoria Heights, but we currently live in Metamora.
How do you like to spend your free time? What are your hobbies?
I really enjoy participating in traditional archery leagues and tournaments as well as other outdoor adventures like hunting and fishing. I also enjoy cooking, especially grilling in the summertime.
In what ways do you give back to your community?
I have served on the Metamora volunteer Fire Department for over 2 years. I have also volunteered at the Metamora High School’s NASP program.
