During college, Carter remained actively involved in various organizations, building leadership skills and a strong professional network. His passion for connecting with people led him into the insurance industry, where he spent the past few years in business development with a wholesale broker. This experience gave him a deep understanding of the vast insurance marketplace and the importance of tailored coverage for middle market businesses.
Carter specializes in helping businesses navigate complex insurance needs with clarity and confidence. His proactive approach, industry insight, and commitment to client success make him a trusted partner for companies looking to protect and grow their operations while managing risk effectively. He also serves as Vice Chair of the Young Agents Committee of Illinois, where helps develop the next generation of industry professionals.
Outside of work, Carter enjoys playing golf, other outdoor activities and spending time with friends and family.
