Go365 helps employees kickstart their health and well-being. Employees take steps to engage in and adopt healthier behaviors and move up in status level, earning points and rewards for their progress. A combination of behavioral economics, individualized recommended activities, and an advanced incentive program help motivate members toward positive lifestyle change. Some plans, even offer extra incentives or healthcare premium discounts for employees who achieve a Silver status or higher.

What health-related activities do employees have to complete to earn points?

Employees can earn points for health-related activities including, but not limited to:

  • Completing a Health Assessment
  • Completing a Biometric Screening
  • Completing a Verified Workout

How easy is Go365 to use?

Go365 goes everywhere your employees go. Using Go365.com or the Go365 mobile app (available for both iOS and Android users), all employees have to do is log activities, track their progress, and claim rewards. Plus, Go365 syncs with many apps and devices they may already use to track diet, nutrition, exercise, activities, and sleep. How easy is Go365 to implement?

In addition to providing you with a 1-on-1 Go365 onboarding specialist that helps you implement the program, Go365 makes it easy for wellness program managers and human resources representatives to manage with a self-service engagement website. This helps you identify areas to focus on to improve the state of health at your organization. From there, Go365 has numerous resources and tools on Engagement Source to plan, promote and implement wellness initiatives. This includes templated emails, social posts, videos, webinars and more.

What rewards do employees get for meeting health and wellness goals?

When employees earn enough Go365 points or bucks from completing activities, they can redeem them in the Go365 Mall. Go365 bucks can be used to buy gift cards, movie tickets, wearable fitness devices and more. Or, they can donate their bucks to numerous charities!
